Human Resources Management

The permanent mechanisms of human resources exploitation system are Management Headquarter and human resources committees of 3 ranks (company rank, mechanism rank and factory/department rank); Management Headquarter in charge of human resource exploitation, training, assessing for company requirement, the lower human resources committees in charge of the assessing and examination to the management staff.
     In order to meet the requirement of company mechanism transform and products structure adjustment, company presented a series of institutions to encourage staff to carry out self-teaching, to assess their work results equally, justly and publicly, and to optimize staff quality and structure. We have held Machinery and Electronics Technology Secondary Class, Electronic Technology Junior College Class, Management of Industrial and Commercial Enterprises Junior College Class, Communication and Information System Graduate Class. Near 200 people attended the class, and tool part in various kinds of night schools and National Self-culture Tests.

Human Resource Policy

The human resources policy of Shinwa: Human, is the most precious resource of an enterprise. Insisting human basing, and intentionally mine the human as a kind of special resource, managing and assessing them scientifically, exerting and advancing their capability to the maximum. Making them grow in the orientation which in favor of achieving company aim; company has human resources supply in right time, population and quality; and each is in his proper place and put up themselves best.

In order to achieve the goal, human resource department and every management cadre will continually develop and work hard to establish a systematic, scientific, strict and normative human resource system.


Suppliers Exploitation and Management
     In order to reduce the cost, the company devoted much resource to exploit local suppliers. At present, we have collected 180 pieces of potential supplier information of punching, plastics, hardware, IC and electronic components. Moreover, we have successively exploited a passel of powerful high quality suppliers for our new products such as car DVD/CD.


Market Exploitation Management
    Sales department take the work of the market exploitation, and periodically collect the domestic and overseas market information and customer’s requirements. We fully take use of the established sales net and domestic and overseas credit, and then launch the new products in domestic and overseas market as soon as possible.


Quality Control
1. Establishment and continually improvement of ISO9000 / QS9000 /ISO/TS16949 and ISO14000, carrying out inner  quality/environment audit and management review twice per year.

2.  Pushing the management mode of goal management and procedure control.

3.  Annually new goal for different level basing on continuously thought upswing.

4.  Achievement evaluation amending according to the monthly management and quality goal.

5.  Each division will hold quality meeting to summarize the monthly work; and the group will also hold general quality meeting to communicate the information between group and the domestic and overseas customers.

6.  Strengthening to locale management, implementation of Four Systems (visual PCB checking, quality meeting, rational suggestion, and monthly report )

7.  Holding supplier’s meeting periodically to improve the quality of materials.

8.  Continuously improvement and elevation to the minimum work unit, and holding related activities.

9.  Elevation of production efficiency and products quality to the maximum by establishing experiment line, improving production mode, holding activities of 3 team of QCC (QC team, cost team, efficiency team); utilizations of some knowledge, technology and tools such as IE, TPM, 6δ and FMEA.

10. Management cadre will periodically check the works quality of each division all over, which including work plan, regular report forms, bylaws, implementation and training of quality system, technology assimilation, and progress of QC team.

11.  Staff training including new employees quarters training, basic knowledge and company system training, manufacture technologies and skills training; the content are: ISO9001, QS9000, ISO14000, TS16949, products assembly technologies, manufacture technologies and skills, 6δ, SPC, FMEA, IE, TPM, 5S and so on.

13. Flow of Customers’ Information Feedback

Production Management

1.  The production management department will deal with the production directly, and do the works which including price management, PO management, materials management, production management, production statistics, delivery management.

2         Long-term planning for management and development strategies will be determined by broad.

3.  Production management department will arrange the daily production, and periodically edit the three-month production plan, monthly plan and daily production quantity.

4. Daily report forms, statistics, planning are edited by computers, it greatly reduced the cost and elevated the efficiency and quality of works.

5. Shinwa had joined internet, which greatly strengthened the contact between us and customers, suppliers and mother-company, moreover, it offered the customers with better service.
6. The group company will hold purchasing meeting to communicate the information of management and purchasing.
7.  Company carries out “3 obligations systems” which are divisions economy obligation system, production line economy obligation system, and production locale management obligation system; and company will implement the assessment and statistics of “7 targets for specified items”, “9 target for management”, and “14 targets for quality”.
